A man who was found with child porn has been charged with possession of child pornography.
According to the New Jersey State Police, the man, identified as Daniel L. Burt, is accused of using the “pornography-generating device” to sexually abuse a child.
Police said the man was driving his car around the neighborhood on May 24, when he spotted a man in the parking lot.
When the man approached Burt’s vehicle, Burt allegedly asked the man to look at his phone.
The man complied and the two allegedly had sexual intercourse.
The New Jersey Division of Child Protection was notified and police were dispatched to the address.
Bress, who is an insurance agent, then drove to the area where he allegedly met the suspect.
Police said the suspect and Burt then allegedly sexually assaulted the child.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
